Rollingball 'Behind-The-Screen'

Rollingball has been busy making a national television commercial for the charity 'A Start in Life' for their 'Adopt An Aussie' campaign. A Start in Life provides under-privileged children access to the necessities they need for an education. The campaign features Australian screen legend Jack Thompson.

Rollingball teamed up with Obviam, Jack Thompson and a wonderful group of children to create a powerful and relevant TVC.

The TVC was shot over three days in Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

Rollingball was commissioned by Newcastle City Council to create a suite of images that represent Newcastle.

Our Approach... many eyes give perspective.

Rollingball, together with world renowned photographer Stephen Dupont chose eight talented local photographers to spend a week capturing images that represent Newcastle as it is today. Working alongside Dupont, the photographers were given the task of capturing the unique qualities of our vibrant and emerging city.

What a whirlwind event with amazing results. Rollingball would like to thank all of the participating photographers for their commitment to this project and the Newcastle City Council for allowing such a inspiring and creative project to come to fruition. This year Rollingball will be holding an exhibition to showcase the body of work and the talent who captured it.
